Shipping Policy

The Clam Shack ships out all items between Monday and Thursday. Items shipped on Thursday must be for next day air only. Orders received over the weekend hours will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

Please refer to the map to select the best shipping method for your city. Click here to see the shipping chart. In general, unless you live within a 5 hour drive from the Eastern Shore of Virginia, you will need to select overnight shipping to receive your seafood in a fresh/frozen state.

Each order is carefully wrapped and shipped with an extra durable reusable cooler and a gel pack or two to ensure that it is still frozen when it arrives to your residence.

We can not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery

Please make sure someone is home to accept the package.

Returns

Seafood can not be returned as it is perishable. Unless, you received your seafood in a non-usable condition, all sales are final. If on a rare occassion, you received seafood that was thawed or at room temperatute, DO NOT USE and please call us for future credit.

We know shipping out that our seafood is of the highest quality and safe as we have been shipping seafood for years. Your satisifaction is important to us and any questions concerning that, please contact us immediately.
